So excited to pull off my first green bell pepper and it's a pretty decent size for being planted in a pot. I've actually got 4 pepper plants in one big pot. 2 green, 1 red and 1 yellow. I'm dying to get a taste of each one to see how fresh they are compared to the store of course.
Tonight for dinner we are having stuffed bell peppers so I'm anxious to not have to buy them from the store either. Just pick them off the vine and viola! Instant gratification.
I took a quick peek at my cucumber plant as well and I think I'm just about to get my first cucumber plant too. I absolutely love cucumbers and I hope with the last season that they give me a good amount of cucumbers to last me the rest of the summer! YUMMO!
